Jay Starr is the senior vice president of member services for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). Jay oversees member recruitment and retention, professional development events and services, as well as management of the Society’s Chapters, Districts and Professional Interest Sections. Prior to PRSA, Jay spent nearly 20 years at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a global trade association serving 70,000 members in retail real estate. As ICSC’s senior vice president, Jay led membership, marketing and leadership development. Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
