Longtime PRSA member David Schoeneck’s career has taken him from army correspondent during the Vietnam War to PR pro to Red Cross volunteer. He has been active in PRSA since 1976, including serving on the Minnesota PRSA Board as President in 1990 and as Midwest District Chair in 1995. He has been awarded the Donald G.
